Winter Rental

Rent entire house for up to four winter months. Nestled in the quaint section of the city of Newton just 30 minutes from downtown Boston. We are in close proximity to Boston College, Brandeis University, Bentley University, Lasell University, Olin College, Babson College, Wellesley College and Hebrew College.

Our location is in the heart of shopping and restaurants, with Whole Foods about 3/4 of a mile away.

Home includes 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, Kitchen and living room.

Available: December 1 – April 1 (minimum stay is one month)

Rent: $4500 per month (Includes utilities and weekly housekeeping.)
