General Policies
*There is a $15 charge on all one night bookings when the 2 night minimum is relaxed between November and April 30. While there may be exceptions for mid week stays in the high season, best to check with us. Rates do increase for special event times in the Boston area including parent’s weekends, graduation from area colleges, the Boston Marathon, etc. Reserve early to avoid disappointment. You may cancel with two weeks notice which incurs only a small cancellation fee. If you cancel closer to your reserved date, if we can re-book, we happily refund, minus the cancellation fee. Our policies can be emailed to you when you are interested in booking. Please remember we cannot hold a room without a deposit.
There is a one night deposit required for all bookings via credit card. Please inquire with us via email or phone about discounts for long term stays for late fall or winter (longer than two weeks in the low season, November 1-April 1), which may not include breakfast.
